Lawrence Realty Company was founded in 1976 by Joseph Freeman, whose vision was to provide professional, reliable commercial real estate solutions built on trust, integrity, and long-term relationships.
Joseph Freeman came to North Carolina in the 1960s, recognizing the opportunity and promise of a growing region. Through decades of dedication and hard work, he built Lawrence Realty Company into a respected presence in the Cary area, serving professional businesses with a commitment to quality and personal service.

Following Joseph Freeman’s passing in October 2023, Lawrence Realty Company remains committed to the standards and values that defined his life’s work. The company continues under the leadership of Justin Freeman, carrying forward a family tradition of professionalism, flexibility, and long-term relationships. Today, Lawrence Realty Company remains focused on providing dependable office solutions and business services that support growth, stability, and success for professional businesses in Cary and the greater Triangle area.
